Canceled Orders

An order canceled before they ship may be subject to a 3% credit card fee. If an order is canceled after the item is shipped the customer will be responsible for the shipping portion and 3% credit card fee. 

Price Changes and Updates

All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a website, error,Caledonfamilyrestaurantsupply.com will resolve the price discrepancy on all orders that include that product, at our discretion. This process may involve:
A) Coming to an agreed-upon price with the customer, with a collection or a refund of the difference between the incorrect price and the actual price
B) Cancellation of the order, resulting in a full refund for that particular product.


All Returns are subject to Caledonfamilyrestaurantsupply.com approval. NO Returns will be accepted and NO Credit will be issued without an advance written Return Authorization from Caledonfamilyrestaurantsupply.com.

A. Used items cannot be returned. There are NO exceptions.

B. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

C. The customer can arrange for return shipping to Caledonfamilyrestaurantsupply.com, but will not be reimbursed for return shipping costs.

D. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGE:    Freight companies charge a shipping fee for any and every item that is shipped back to Caledonfamilyrestaurantsupply.com or directly to a manufacturer. These costs are the responsibility of the customer making the return.

E. If Caledonfamilyrestaurantsupply.com arranges for pickup of the item(s) to be returned, a Return Shipping Charge will be deducted from any refund amount before a credit is issued.

F. Return Shipping Charges are based upon the current freight costs, the weight of the item(s), vehicle access to your location, and shipping distance. Return Shipping Charges are separate and in addition to the Restocking Fee.

G. RESTOCKING FEE:    When an item is returned, it costs money to process that returned item. These costs are typically covered by charging a Restocking Fee to the customer making the return.

H. All returns due to purchase error on the part of the customer will be additionally charged a minimum 30% Restocking Fee, to be deducted from the refund amount.

I. All Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Charges are to be assessed and deducted from the refund amount before a credit is issued.

J. In addition, once an order has shipped and payment has been processed, we do not refund taxes, even if credit for the purchase is issued. Sales Tax is NOT included in any refunded amounts.


Note that Manufacturer Return and Restocking policies and fees may be in addition to and may differ from those of Caledonfamilyrestaurantsupply.com and the customer is entirely responsible for meeting the requirements of any return to the manufacturer.
